War Stories - Cal Horman - Pearl Harbor Day
Six years ago I had the opportunity to tour this museum. It was incredibly cool. It is paradise for a gun-lover.
Mp 40 is the best submachine gun
Mg is way better then the browning
Mg all the way!

IF YOUR NOT CLOSE TO HOME WHEN YOU HERE THE WARNING ASK DAN AYKROYD WHO,S JUST STANDING THERE SMOKING HIS PIPE
assault weapons are used during war times to suppress any enemy respond of enemy forces , not civilians or innocent people but the National Rifle Association filed the pockets of the Republican Party with their campaign money to protect the so-called Second Amendment right to protect the country. I am an ex- military an M16 AR-15 or AK-47 are not hunting rifles, they make a mess out of the meat you're going to eat..I like my weapons and I like to keep them butt I think lawmakers need to make laws to protect children in our schools and churches from crazy unstable people. if Republicans call themselves a party of Law & Order and pro-life they are not doing a damn thing to show for it.
Didn't watch the video because it's not necessary. The MG42 is the greatest gpmg ever made. No country in the world has a lmg or gpmg as good or better than the MG42.
The way the range officer made calls: "cease........................ firing!"
"A lightweight shoulder weapon," yeah right
If only they hadn't lied about the fact that all German weapons were superior while all American weapons were crap. Then maybe it would have been the Allies who won WW2. Wait, what were we talking about again?
MG42s modernized version the Rhienmetal MG3 is still in service.
Propaganda 😂😂😂
MG 42 is no good. A lie to kill American young boys.
The M16 took out more VC and NVA than this relic ever did, and is still in use today and in different variations and have been used in Afghanistan, Kuwait, and so many other countries. M14 is too bulky, wood stock shrinks, twists or expands when it rains, hot and warm weather, that affects accuracy, excess weight, too much recoil for the average soldier, snags on vegetation, clunky magazines, and outrageous front sights and bayonet stub that gets caught on branches, over hanging vines etc. the VC and NVA probably looked on in wonder as M14 bullets sprayed trees and ground but missed them and laughed watching US troops closing their eyes while pulling the trigger, bullets punching holes in clouds and tree tops, then Charlie opened up with AK47 and SKS rifles, a weapon that even women and children handled with deadly effect. I’ll take the M16 anytime! Glad they got rid of that dinosaur! Millions of M16 and variants are in active combat use by many nations and police departments, and they use them with deadly force! Took out Bin Laden with an M16 variant by a SEAL team. At home I use a Ruger 10-22 with .22 CCI Stingers for deer, and my Ruger M77 30.06 also, had an M1A, leave it hanging in the gun rack, too many protrusions that can get caught or snagged on things.
The only real argument is ammo consumption. At the end of the war the weirmacht needed much better fire discipline on the 42. Ammo shortages were an issue. That said, it was by far a more deadly belt fed gun than the 1919. For sheer round saturation and fire suppression there was nothing better.
when you cant accept the *Bad*

I chose german wepons I like Tommy gun but for war i chose mp40
0:06 The engine ate a lot of dirt for sure! NOM NOM NOM
In such military propaganda films you can prove what you want to prove. The fact is that the G.I. were terrified of German fully automatic weapons. It certainly wasn't a coincidence
Thank you sir!!
cope
A lie can lift troop's morale but will make them over confident , it's allways better telling the truth
Till the day Germans weapon do not need propaganda, Americans do till the day.
THOU SHALT NOT KILL
ฉันเพิ่งจะสังเกตได้ในภาพยนตร์มันชอบถามว่าแกมาจากไหน หมายถึงว่าจะมีโอกาสที่จะรอดตาย

Valour
The Thompson was a formidable weapon, but it was so damn heavy
look at all the people here who love their remingtons! i have 6 wingmasters from the 50's and 60's, 2 1100's from the 70's . and 2 58s and a 48. i couldnt be happier, love em all. sadly, a time gone by. i remember when my dad bought me my 1st 1100 in 1979, i was 17. what memories.
Wow! My Dad bought an 1100 brand new in '78, and I think it was either $280 or $310, I just saw the original receipt a few months back. It's still nice after all these years. He'd let me use it back then for hunting, occasionally.
I used the m 14 in viet nam with the usmc the finest weapon in the military
America, lost talent of craftsmanship.
That's actually a 720
Oh ,but it can fly right inside a building cutting right through the steel exterior back by a concrete floor and even 3 rings of the pentagon . RIGHT? And if you say anything else you wont see your comment last long in here so have a nice day and dont worry be happy.
what
Id take it over any m16 or any other weapon. Worked well in VN, despite what they say. More stopping power too.
Okay but we had the Garand and eventually owned the air.
I will never forgive the US Government for having put all these young marines in that base facing a ferocious army of 4"9 vietnamese men, dressed in pajamas, wearing rubber sandals and subsisting on a diet of rice, fighting with old, rusty weapons. It was reckless, it was irresponsible, it was unforgivable. The US government should have send the Army instead....
1:10 What kind of mount is their MG-42 on? It seems to work much like the modern Softmount.
Thanks for guiding me
Every Machine gun in the video: *BOP BOP BOP BOP* & *DOT DOT DOT DOT* MG42: *KKRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRTTTTTTTT*
